I appreciated Meri telling her story without wearing the "Superwoman" mask mainstream America forces on black women. When asked, I was told that I can "borrow" it on a short-term basis. The author helps you through realizing where your depression is stemming from (internal thoughts rather than external circumstances) and gives you tips, exercises (physical and mental) and understanding to work through your depression. The author has done a great job in explaining electronics. This book has many other excellent remedies which I can honestly say, may be the cures for whatever it is that ails you or someone you love.
