The book is a quick-read--something you will appreciate if you need to help yourself FAST.. It felt like the book was put together in a bit of a rush, leaving out an additional layer of information. In her "Acknowledgement" note, she refers to the many who helped in her research though she cannot name them. I'm sure for all his faults and strangeness lennon WAS a very strong person, in his own way. I read this book after going through a bad break-up with my fiance. The simple style it's told in really keeps their attention, since most people will not read the more detailed and lengthy books on the market that are similar in substance.
